Decorative British Studio Pottery

I’m a ceramicist whose focus is on hand-building, with an emphasis on texture and spontaneity. My rock pools capture the rugged beauty of the UK coast. My textured vessels are created using the same tools and method as the rock pools but in a more considered and methodical form. Both the glazing of my ceramic rock pools and the barrel firing of my textured vessels take control from my hands as the flow of glazes and smoke decide the final outcome.
